Chivazo is an Indian retailer aspiring to lead this largely untapped market of online inner and comfort wear space. Boasting of the largest inventory within its category, Chivazo is led by a young sophomore student who dreams of revolutionizing the online buying experience in India.
From a rare breed of startups who would like to do all things right, he worked out the technology, inventory management and controls for his E-Commerce portal. Here he felt the need for a law firm to guide him through the contracts and terms and conditions, trademarks and licenses etc. Walked into the LIFTOFF office with a strict 2 week deadline in mind and 20 different legal jobs in mind.
Two weeks to launch was a stiff timeline by any standards for the LIFTOFF team. With a strategy of extra resources and simultaneous reviews including client checks helped achieve the deadline. Moving at the pace of the client was critical and here we did just that. Coordinating directly with vendors and owners, policies and terms were put in place, all contracts negotiated & signed.
The site was launched with much anticipation and continues to grow and evolve with time and innovation. We went beyond our offering dimension helping them setup the call center reports and IVR options. We had the knowhow and Chivazo had the need.
